Just add milk and an egg, microwave in intervals, and pour into a biscuit or crust base. Add cinnamon and chill — ready to serve in no time!
Prepare tart base (e.g. crushed Tennis Biscuits or pastry)
Add 500ml lukewarm milk to a microwave-safe bowl
Whisk in the entire sachet of powder
Add 1 egg, mix well
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir
Microwave again for 7 minutes, stir
Repeat the process until thickened (normally 6–8 minutes total)
Pour into tart base, add cinnamon to taste
Chill in fridge for 1+ hour before serving
