Shipping, Returns & Delivery
Here at Food Socks Randburg, we strive to get every product delivered quickly and in 100% good condition. Over the past few years, on other platforms, we have developed a system that works efficiently and that allows both us and our clients the ability to track each step of the process. We currently have a 98% on-time delivery success rate.

Delivery Information
How does delivery work?
Delivery within Randburg Borders is R30.
This delivery is done by one of our staff members and is known as an FSR Delivery.
We use BobGo as our courier services of choice. This system gives you, the customer, the best possible price for delivery for your package. All courier costs are calculated at checkout,
so please get more info when checking out your cart and making payment.
Collection Points
We also have two Collection Points to choose from in the Randburg area. One point is in Northgate and one in Robindale. More info is available at checkout for FREE collection. Please note that when checking out and one of the collection points are chosen, please make sure to make payment and also supply your contact details. Once payment has cleared, you will receive a message to collect. Please don't arrive unannounced as your package might not be ready. Please wait to receive a Collection Message from us via 081 664 2250.
How does delivery work?
As soon as an order and payment is confirmed we begin the process of getting your order packed and dispatched. An order and payment normally take around 24 hours to confirm. A confirmation email with a tracking number is then sent to each customer. The number can be used to track the parcel at any time within the delivery process.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver countrywide throughout South Africa! From major cities to the smallest of rural locations, Food Socks Randburg has you covered. If you are outside the country please contact us so we can arrange a special shipping rate for you.
When can you expect your order?
The below time frames are our average delivery times. Most of the time, your delivery will arrive before the stipulated date. You will be informed via sms and/or email in this regard.
Main Cities
We endeavour to have your order to your door within 3-5 working days
Regional Areas (locations outside of major cities and metropolises)
We endeavour to have your order to you within 5 working days.
Remote Areas (areas located in an isolated location, far from major cities or towns)
Couriers tend to visit remote areas on particular days of the week so once your order is confirmed we'll dispatch it and it can take anywhere between 5-7 working days. There may be a surcharge that follows your delivery. We will not know this until the courier gets back to us. This will be forwarded onto you as proof from the courier company.
Delivery outside of South Africa?

Do you deliver to the Post Office?
No. Due to the unpredictable nature of the South African Postal Service, we only deliver to street addresses and we choose only to use couriers. Because of this someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier will come back either later that day or the following day.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No. All delivered parcels need to be signed for to ensure they arrive at the desired location safely. If you don't have a home or work address where someone can sign for a parcel then we suggest sending it to the address of a friend’s office, business or to the home address of a friend or family.
What happens if I listed the wrong address or want to change the address?
If your order was placed the same day, contact us and supply us with the correct/new address and we will change it for you. If the order was placed more than 1 day prior to your request, unfortunately you will be charged an additional delivery fee.
Will the parcel be safe?
Yes. Each product is packed within a suitably sized box with protective packing or directly into a courier flyerbag with protection. The parcel is then sealed with security tape. Our couriers take great care when handling parcels and ensure fragile parcels are kept away from heavy, bulky ones.
Returns

Returns are only valid for 7 days from date of purchase.
You can return your order to us within 7 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, completely sealed and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items and return costs until they reach us, and we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). Refunds are made within 7 days of the unused and sealed product being returned to us (at your cost). You will be charged a reasonable restocking fee of R70 on all returns. This is to cover admin and labour costs of restocking the items into our Stock Rooms and to cover any packaging costs Food Socks Randburg has incurred.
